DJ Chuckie, often flatteringly called “the king of the mix”, entered the elite club of the house scene in a very short time. Thanks to his characteristic mastery at the DJ desk and his ability to surprise audience time and again, he is today famous for bringing his audience into almost ecstatic state during parties. One of the greatest singles of this master of Dutch school is “Let the Bass Kick in Miami Bitch”. However, Chuckie won’t be given the opportunity to play it to the Croatian audience for the first time. Last summer at Aquarius, Laidback Luke played the song in a somewhat changed version – instead of “I`m in Miami Bitch “, the text said:” I`m in Croatia Bitch” – and the whole audience started screaming in excitement. Already being an award-winning DJ, in 2006 Chuckie earned an especially prestigious nomination for the “Best Dance DJ” in the same category with superstars Armin van Buuren and Tiesto. Despite overwhelming music career, he has found time for humanitarian work. As a UNICEF ambassador, he produced the single “B the Change”, inspired by the words of Gandhi, Mandela and the Dalai Lama. The international scene got to know him after he performed at the dance festival Sensation White in 2008. Later he received an invitation from famous David Guetta to perform at his resident party at Pacha club on Ibiza. His last big hit – “Let the Bass Kick” and the dancing firecracker “Guess What” dominated playlists of BBC Radio 1 for a long time, creating an admirable reputation.
